The daily counts restart at midnight.
Headers
Every answer reports the per-minute limit:
RateLimit-Policy: the limit and its window, such as60;w=60.RateLimit:limit,remainingandresetin seconds.
A 429 or 503 answer carries Retry-After with the seconds to wait, except sandbox_daily_cap_reached, which lasts until midnight. A burst refused by the server answers with Retry-After: 1 and no RateLimit headers.
