What it means
The account reached the monthly credit cap set in the dashboard. The cap resets on the first day of the month in the account time zone; resets_at says when. Hometown charged nothing for this request.
How to fix it
Raise or remove the cap in the dashboard under Billing to continue now, or wait for resets_at.
